eDrawer is using Kodak's Capture Pro software to help SMEs increase their electronic document management productivity.

eDrawer is a new member of Kodak's independent software vendor (ISV) programme. The agreement will help users of eDrawer's electronic data management system to standardise their image and document capture needs on Kodak's Capture Pro platform.

The eDrawer system is designed to support SME online filing cabinets used at law firms, medical practices, accounting firms and other professional service organisations.

The imaging capabilities of Capture Pro, such as bar code and zonal OCR data extraction, database look-ups and automated indexing functions, allows paper-based and electronic information to be easily structured for easy and accessible use in the eDrawer software.
