Champion Laboratories has selected DataServ’s software-as-a-service H2R system to automate its HR document management.

US-based Champion Laboratories is a major supplier of automotive filters and PCV valves for OEM's and the aftermarket. The company manufactures Champ and Luber-finer brand filters, as well as accessories and filters for many private label accounts.

Under the multi-year document management agreement, DataServ’s H2R will provide Champion full document life cycle management, including software, initialisation, training and support, remote scanning, indexing, electronic storage and destruction, and ongoing management and long-term archival of its HR documents.

Champion’s goals for implementing DataServ’s system were to gain visibility and control of its HR document process and to improve its compliance with packet completion processes.

Ginger Boewe, manager of customer data for Champion Laboratories, said, "With some downsizing in our HR department, file management became more difficult so we looked to the H2R solution for help. Another important driver for us is security and disaster recovery, which DataServ handles very well.”
