ARX, a provider of enterprise digital signature systems, has joined forces with workflow automation specialist Nintex to support Microsoft SharePoint customers requiring auditable and compliant transactions.

ARX will offer its CoSign digital signature system integrated with Nintex Workflow 2007. The combined capabilities, said the partners, will enable SharePoint users to approve, agree, accept, and easily audit legally-enforceable transactions and records as they participate in workflow-driven activities.

As an increasing number of organisations are deploying document management and collaboration systems through Microsoft SharePoint intranets and portals, many are seeking integrated digital signature capabilities that will enable them to fully automate approval processes, said ARX and Nintex.

With CoSign, enterprises of all sizes can automate their signature-dependent processes while maintaining compliance with regulations, audit requirements, and security policies.
