The interactive presentation will enable panelists to unearth and address some of the challenges resellers face in implementing end-to-end office solutions.  Presenters will discuss common pitfalls such as unclear or unrealistic goals, failure to align IT and business objectives, and neglecting to manage change internally.  Practical tips will be offered to help solution providers ensure they are able to deliver meaningful results and a significant return for their clients’ technology investments.
