Document Management News The News General DM News Version One Highlights the Benefits of Integrated Document Management at ACCPAC Insights Conference 2010

South AfricaAs part of Version One’s increased focus on the African document management and imaging market, Version One today announces its attendance at The Softline ACCPAC Insights Conference (4 – 7 February 2010, Champagne Sports Resort, Northern Drakensburg). This event, which is aimed at African providers of Sage Accpac enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, is the annual forum for new Accpac product and version releases.

With Version One looking to significantly increase its African footprint in 2010, this Conference provides the ideal opportunity for Version One to demonstrate its portfolio of paperless office solutions. These solutions tightly integrate into Sage Accpac as well as a range of other Sage products, including recently launched Sage ERP X3.

Using Version One’s solutions integrated into Sage, users can electronically create, deliver, authorise, manage and process their financial documents directly from their ERP system, cutting the printing, photocopying, postage and filing of documents (invoices, statements, purchase orders etc.).
