Cintas has opened a new document storage and imaging facility in Chicago. The facility allows customers to securely store and maintain easy access to sensitive business information and data.
The new outsourcing location joins 80 other document management facilities Cintas now operates across North America.
“Each year, costly document management business practices result in millions of dollars in liability and lost productivity,” said Chad Bevington, regional business director of Cintas’ document management division. “Our new Chicago facility allows local businesses to keep important business data offsite in a secure organised system, that frees up space, ensures corporate compliance and gives them greater control and access to their information.”
Cintas’ Chicago operation provides document imaging services to scan and store documents, improve business processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for its customers. Documents are loaded into a searchable database that allows clients to securely retrieve information over the web at any time. Files are sent via Cintas' InfoPort data system.
