Independent Sage ERP consultancy, Eastlake Trade Corporation, today announces its partnership with document management and imaging company, V1 Document Management. This partnership enables Eastlake Trade to offer its global Sage customers, predominantly based across the Americas, with V1 Document Management’s full product range for the electronic creation, delivery, authorization, management and storage of documents. 

For the first time, Eastlake Trade customers will be able to use V1 Document Management’s solutions either integrated into their existing Sage system or as standalone solutions. As V1 Document Management’s products are modular, customers have the option of implementing just one or two products or the full portfolio for an end-to-end paperless solution.

As well as being able to create, deliver, authorize and store documents electronically, using V1 Document Management’s optical character recognition ( OCR) technology, Eastlake Trade customers will also be able to automatically capture data from inbound invoices. As the OCR solution reduces manual data entry by up to 90 percent, data entry staff can be redeployed on more value-adding activities.
